I was paying for police almost a 5 years, when the covid19 started my police was just about to renew, however they decided to withdraw the agreement and not renew my police. Thanks god my job is secure for now, but avoid this company, they are only good to take your months payment and nothing else.

Keep sending me unsolicited texts (don't know how they got my number) and claimed I made an enquiry, which is not true. I informed them that I wasn't interested and they continue to try to text me.

I have been with Best Insurance Ltd for four years and being made redundant recently made a claim.
Esme Wood in the customer support department is an amazing individual and if she is a reflection of the rest of the organisation then I am in safe hands. Highly recommended.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value

Used them for nearly ten years then they trebled the payments overnight. Contacted them about it and they asked me to call them. Before I got the chance they cancelled anyway. Worst service possible

Great service, very professional, courteous staff and an excellent management team! I'd highly recommend anyone buying insurance to talk to them as the process from start to finish (including renewals) is seamless. Keep up the good work!
